9.5. Saving a Parameter File All parameters can be saved into a PC file.
Save a parameter file as follows:
・ Select the All Parameter tab. ①
・ Select an axis for parameter settings. ②
・ The current parameter values are displayed. ③
・ Press the Save to File button. Specify a location and save the file. ④
