You can protect important images from acddenta[ erasure.

•Usethe _) or G button to select an image to protect.

•Pressthe SETbutton to protect the image. Pressthe SETbutton again to remove the protection.

•You can make the selection of images easier by toggling between single image replay and index replay by pressing the zoom lever toward [] / 0,.

•Pressthe MENU button repeatedly until the replay screen reappears to finish the procedure.

Please note that formatting (initializing) a CF card erases all data, including protected images.
