Classic Creamy Chicken Salad

A delicious dish for a light lunch or dinner..

2ounces red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces

4ounces celery, cut into 1-inch pieces

2pounds poached chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces

½cup light mayonnaise

¾ teaspoon sea salt

½teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

¹∕8

teaspoon paprika

Makes 4 cups, eight ½-cup servings

Approximate preparation time: 5 to 10 minutes

Insert the large metal chopping blade into the large work bowl of the Cuisinart® Food Processor. Add the onions and celery and pulse to finely chop, about 8 to 10 pulses. Add the chicken and pulse about 5 to 6 times to chop. Scrape the bowl and add the mayonnaise and seasonings; pulse to achieve desired consistency.
