2 Tbsp ground cinnamon with 1/4 cup sugar | 3 Tbsp milk |

1 cup butter | 1 tsp baking soda |
2 cups sugar | 1/2 tsp baking powder |
4 eggs | 1/2 tsp salt |

Preheat oven according to the chart below. In a small mixing bowl, combine cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Butter a 9 x 5” loaf pan, then sprinkle half of the cinnamon sugar mixture inside, shaking the pan to coat up the sides. Save the remaining half for the top of the loaf.
