Installing a RAID Battery CAUTION: Many repairs may only be done by a certified service technician.
Youshould only perform troubleshooting and simple repairs as authorized in
yourproduct documentation, or as directed by the online or telephone service
andsupport team. Damage due to servicing that is not authorized by Dell is not
covered by your warranty. Read and follow the safety instructions that came
withthe product.

Connect the RAID battery cable to the connector on the RAID battery.

With the cable oriented toward the back, angle the left side of the RAID
battery into the left side of the battery carrier.
3
Secure the RAID battery into the battery carrier.
