Removing the Audio Connector Board

NOTICE: To avoid electrostatic discharge, ground yourself by using a wrist
grounding strap or by periodically touching an unpainted metal surface (such as the
back panel) on the computer.

Follow the instructions in "Before You Begin" on page9.

Remove the palm rest (see "Palm Rest" on page49).

Remove the screw securing the audio connector board.

Remove the audio connector cable from the system board.
5
Remove the audio connector board by lifting it up.
