The4H428549isanedgenetworkswitchwith48,10BASET/100BASETXandPoE
compliantports,accessedthroughfixedfrontpanelRJ45connectorsandanoptionslotfor
anetworkexpansionmodule(NEM).Eachofthefixedfrontpanelportscanoperatein
eitherhalfduplexorfullduplexmodeofoperation.Theduplexmodecanbedetermined
byeitherautonegotiationormanualconfiguration.TheDFEGoldmodulecanbe
installedinaMatrix N3,N5,N7,orE7chassis.
