Memory Modules (SIMMs)

Your computer comes with 4MB of memory installed on the system board. By installing memory modules-also called SIMMs-you can increase the amount of memory in your computer up to 36MB.

There are two SIMM sockets on the main system board, and each can contain one memory module. You can install SIMMs with a capacity of lMB, 4MB, or 16MB.,The following table shows the possible SIMM configurations; do not install memory in any other configuration.
