1.Open the print dialog box.

2.Select Printer Settings from the drop-down list and click the Security Function button.

3.Select the Watermark Settings tab, then select the Watermark check box.

4.Select Text or Image, then click .

5.If you select Text, type the watermark text, then select Font and Style. If you select Image, select an image file (PDF, PNG, or JPG), then click Open.

Note:

❏To edit the watermark name, double-click the watermark in the List box, then type the watermark name.

❏To remove the created watermark, select it from the List box, and click . Then, click OK.

6.Select a custom water mark that has been saved from the Watermark drop-down list.

Note:

You can register up to 32 custom watermarks.

For Mac OS X 10.4 or below users

1.Open the Print dialog box.

2.Select Printer Settings from the drop-down list, and select the Basic Settings tab.
