w Playing Back Movies	Setting the camera

PLAY

APress por qto select the
	movie file. r appears on the
	LCD monitor.
BPress oto begin playing back
	movie.
30s	The playback time appears on
	the LCD monitor along with a
	progress bar.

STOP PAUSE
ZPlaying back movies
Control	Description
	Playback begins.
Playback	Playback stops when the end of
	the movie is reached.
	Pauses the movie during
Pause /	playback.
Resume	Press oagain to resume
	playback.
	Stops playback.
	Press por qwhile playback
Stop	is stopped to go back to the
	previous file or advance to the
	next file respectively.

	Control	Description
Fast		Press por qduring playback
forward /		to skip forwards or backwards
Rewind		through the movie.
		Press por qwhen the movie
Skip		is paused, the movie advances
		or goes back one frame.

		Hold down por qto move
		through the frames quickly.

MEMO

If the subject of the shot is very bright, white vertical streaks or black horizontal streaks may appear in the image during playback. This is normal.

CAUTION

•You may not be able to play back some movie files recorded on other cameras.

•To play back movie files on a PC, save the movie file on the xD-Picture Card or internal memory to the PC’s hard disk and then play back the saved file.

•Uncover the speaker. The sound is difficult to hear.
