ROLLEN

Die Rollen haben drei Aufgaben:

■Die Rollen richten die Tür, damit sie von einer halb offen Position leicht schliesst. (Voderseite etwa 5/8″ [16 mm] erhöhen.)

■Die Rollensorgen dafür, dass der Kühlschrank ohne zu wackeln fest auf dem Boden steht.

■Zum Reinigen kann er Kühlschrank mit den Rollen leicht hin und her bewegt werden.

Der Kühlschrank wird nach der Installation nivelliert.

Einstellung der Rollen an 25′, 27′ und 29′ Modellen:

■ Die Einstellschrauben werden im Uhrzeigersinn gedreht, um den Kühlschrank höher zu stellen und entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn, um den Kühlschrank zu

senken. Dazu wird ein

Rolleneinstellschraube

 

3/8″ Schrauben- oder Sechskantschlüssel benutzt.

Einstellung der Rollen an 21′ und 23′ Modellen

Türen öffnen, Schrauben an beiden Enden vom Grill entfernen und Grill entfernen.

Verstellbarere Schrauben im Uhrzeigersinn zur Erhöhung des Kühlschrankes und entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn zur Senkung drehen. Dazu

wird ein 3/8″ Schrauben- Rollereinstellschrauben

oder Sechskantschlüssel benutzt.

Diese Modelle haben auch hinten Rollen,

damit der Kühlschrank mit den Küchenschränken gleichgerichtet werden kann. Im Uhrzeigersinn zur Erhöhung und entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn zum Senken drehen.

Grill ersetzen.

TÜRENABGLEICH

Nachdem der Kühlschrank gerichtet ist muss die Kühlschranktür 1/16″ höher sein als die Gefrierfachtür.

Zur Anpassung der Türen die Kühlschranktür ausrichten.

Zum Richten der Türen wird mit einem 7/16″ Schraubenschlüssel die Türeinstellschraube zur Erhöhung nach rechts und zum Senken nach links gedreht. (Ein Nylonstöpsel auf der Innenseite des Stiftes verhindert das Drehen ohne Schraubenschlüssel.)

Nach ein oder zwei Drehungen werden die Türen geöffnet und geschlossen um zu sehen, ob die Türen gerichtet sind.

Kühlschranktür muss erhöht werden.
