Before a Clean Cycle

We recommend venting with an open window or using a ventilation fan c>r hood during the first self-clean cycle.

1.Rernuvc the broiler pan, broiler rack, all cookware and any aluminum foil from the oven—they can’t withstand the high cleaning temperatures.

NOTE: The oven shelves may be cleaned in

the self-cleaning oven. However, they will darken. lose their luster and become hard to slide. Wipe the shelf supports with cooking oil after self-cleaning tu make shelves slide more easily.

2.Wipe up heavy soil on the oven bottom. If you

use SOap, rinse thoroughly before self-cleaning .

to prevent shining.

Clean the top. sides and outside front of the oven door with sf)ap and water. Do not use abrasives or oven cleaners.
