	BURNERS HAVE YELLOW OR
	YELLOW-TIPPED FLAMES
		(A) Yellow time	(B) Yellow tip on outer	(C) Sofi blue flmn-
		Call for service	&+No~l for LP gas	Normal for natural gas

●If burner flames look like (A), call for service. Normal burner flames should look like (B) or (C), depending on the type of gas you use.

Q With LP gas, some yellow tipping on outer cones is normal.

SURFACE BURNER KNOBS	c To turn from OFF positi(m, push the knob in and then turn.
WILL NOT TURN
SURFACE BURNERS	● Make sure electrical plug is plugged into a live, properly g~)unded p(]wcr outlet.
DO NOT LIGHT	● Gas supply not connected or not turned on.
	● Check for power outage.
	● Pan sitting on burner gr~te may be partially blocking the free air fh~w needed
	for combustion. Remove pan and try again.
	● Igniter {)rifice in burner kdy may be clt~gged. See the Care and
	Cleaning section. Remove the obstruction.
	● Burner parts not replaced correctly. See the Care and Cleaning sectit)n.
	● Hole in burner top behind igniter may be clogged. Usc a small sewing
	needle to unplug.
TICKING SOUND	● Turn knob out of the LITE posit(m.

	● Improper shelf position is being used. See the Broiling section.
	● Food is being cooked on a hot pan.
	● Cookware is not suited for broiling.
	c Oven bottom not securely seated in position.
	c Aluminum foil used on the broiler rack has not been fitted properly and slit,
	as ~ommended.
