9.2.2 Indoor unit and outdoor unit communication protection error diagnosis and solution
Turn off the power supply, after 1 minute, reapply the power, turn on the unit with remote controller
Does E1 code clear
Check the wiring between indoor and outdoor
No
unit. Is the connection of L, N, S and GND good?
Yes
Is the LED4(red) bright and LED1(yellow) blinking on outdoor PCB?
Yes
Reconnect and retest
Replace indoor PCB and repower
No
Problem with power supply for outdoor PCB. Check the wiring on outdoor PCB and compare with wiring plate. Is the connection good?
Yes
The unit does not
work normally
Replace the outdoor
No
Correct the connection
