Finding the solution

You can use this section to find the solution to common printer problems.

Pages did not print

●Status light patterns: What status light pattern is displayed on the printer? See Status light patterns for more information.

Pages printed, but there was a problem

Software is installed, but pages did not print

Is the printer driver icon available? Is the printer in Ready mode? Can you select the printer in the Print dialog? See Printer software problems for more information.
