Select Disabled and print your document again if you encounter problems.

NOTE In some cases, disabling Postscript Passthrough may cause unexpected application behavior.

About tab

NOTE To gain access to the print driver Properties, click Start, select Settings, and then click Printers (Windows 2000) or Printers and Faxes (Windows XP Professional and Windows Server 2003) or Printers and Other Hardware Devices (Windows XP Home).

The About tab provides detailed information about the driver. It contains an overall build number (in parentheses after the model name) together with specific information about each of the components. The information varies according to the HP LaserJet 2410, 2420, and 2430 printer model number, driver, date, and versions. The About tab is shown in the following illustration.

The About lists driver installation file names and their version numbers. The About tab also indicates whether the driver was auto-configured, whether administrator preferences were set, the date the driver was last configured, and whether the configuration is default or user-defined.
