ARM

The ARM subsystem selects the number of scanning cycles (1 - 32767) for each INIT command. This command does not apply to downloaded scan lists. For downloaded scan lists, use INIT:CONT ON for multiple scans.

Subsystem Syntax

ARM

 

:COUNt <number> MIN MAX

 

:COUNt? [MIN MAX]

:COUNt

ARM:COUNt <number> MIN MAX allows scanning cycles to occur a

 

multiple of times (1 to 32767) with one INITiate command and when

 

INITiate:CONTinuous OFF 0 is set. MIN sets 1 scanning cycle and MAX

 

sets 32,767 scanning cycles.

Comments Number of Scans: Use only numeric values between 1 to 32767 for

the number of scanning cycles (default is 1).

ARM:COUN 10

Set 10 scanning cycles.

SCAN (@100:115)

Sets channel list.

INIT

Starts scanning cycle.

:COUNt? ARM:COUNt? [MIN MAX] returns the current number of scanning cycles set by ARM:COUNt. ARM:COUN? MIN returns 1 and ARM:COUN? MAX returns 32767.
