3Mueva el cable de la columna de dirección arriba y abajo de forma manual. Haga una marca en las posiciones superior e inferior.

4Mida la distancia entre las marcas. La distancia debe ser de 15 ± 5 mm

5Si es necesario, se pueden estirar los cables apretando las tuercas de ajuste, una a cada lado de la corona de la dirección. No tense demasiado los cables; basta con presionarlos contra la corona de la dirección.

Sujete el cable, por ejemplo con una llave inglesa, para que no se retuerza.

Si sólo se tensa un lado, puede cambiar la posición central del volante.

Una vez efectuado el ajuste según el punto 2, controle el tensado de los cables.

Control del freno

1Abata el capó hacia atrás.

2Desmonte la cubierta protectora.

3Afloje las tuercas de seguridad (1).

4Estire el cable con el tornillo de ajuste (2) hasta que se haya eliminado todo el juego en el cable.

5Apriete las tuercas de seguridad (1) después del ajuste.

Ajuste del cable del acelerador

Si el motor no responde debidamente a la aceleración, produce humos negros o no se puede alcanzar el régimen máximo, puede ser necesario ajustar el cable del acelerador.

1Quite el tornillo de fijación de la funda exterior del cable y mueva el acelerador a la posición de estrangulación máxima.

2Tire de la funda exterior del cable del acelerador lo máximo hacia la derecha, y apriete el tornillo de fijación.

3Vuelva a colocar el acelerador en la posición de aceleración máxima y compruebe que el dispositivo de estrangulación ya no esté activado.

Cambio del filtro de aire

Si el motor tiene poca potencia o funciona irregularmente, puede deberse a que el filtro de aire está obturado. Por consiguiente, es importante cambiar el filtro de aire a intervalos regulares (para el intervalo de servicio adecuado, vea Mantenimiento/Esquema de mantenimiento).

Procedimiento de cambio del filtro de aire:

1Levante el capó.

2Suelte las manijas de cierre que sujetan la cubierta del filtro y desmóntelo.
