Note: Signal	lines, not used in these steps, are
for	communications between the system and
the	battery.

3.If the voltage is less than +8 V dc, recha battery pack.

If the voltage is still less than +8 V dc af recharging, replace the battery.

System Board Check

The system board performs processing functions. Thu the system board can cause processor problems. To the problem, do the following:

1.Boot from the diagnostics diskette and start program (please refer to “Running the PQA Diagno tics Program” on page 49).

2.Run theSystem Board test to verify the symptom. This test verifies both the system board and processor board.

If	the		tests	detect	a system	board	problem,	re
system		board.
Note:	Don't		touch	the keyboard and pointing device
	the		system	board	test is	running.	This may	c
	an	unexpected error.

Memory Check

DIMM are	available for		increasing		memory	capacity.
