3. Select Diagnostics with the arrow keys, and press
Enter.
Apull-down menu appears. (Its exact form depends on

Notes:
vInthe Keyboard test in Interactive Tests, the Fn key is
scannedonly once. Each key should be held down for at least
2seconds; otherwise, it cannot be sensed.
vSoundCard is not recognized in the Stereo Speaker in the
InteractiveTests. To test it, use the audio device test in the
OtherDevices (Diagnostics).
vVideoAdapter test supports only the LCD display on ThinkPad
TransNote.Before running PC-Doctor DOS, detach the
externalmonitor.
4. Run the applicable function test.
5. Follow the instructions on the screen. If there is a
problem, PC-Doctor shows messages describing it.
6. Toexit the test, select Quit Exit Diag.
Tocancel the test, press Esc.
Notes:
1. After executing PC-Doctor,check the system time/date
and reset them if needed.
