Can I empty the deleted messages folder on my computer remotely?
Yes. In the messages options, click Email
Reconciliation. Click the trackwheel. Click Purge
Deleted Items. Click Yes.
To use this feature, your BlackBerry® device must be integrated with an account that uses BlackBerry Enterprise Server™ version 3.6 or later for Microsoft® Exchange and wireless email reconciliation must be turned on. Verify that you are in a wireless coverage area and that your BlackBerry® device is connected to the wireless network.
