Hernan Cunico is an Senior I/T Specialist, WebSphere Specialist at the IBM International Technical Support Organization (ITSO), Raleigh Center. He has nine years of experience in Information Technology and e-business consulting. Hernan has written extensively on WebSphere Commerce and Application Server. His areas of expertise include networking, Internet security, e-business and e-commerce solutions architecture.

Andrew Hays is a Senior IT Consultant at Daniel IT Services, Inc., located in Athens, AL. He has over four years of experience in information systems focusing on internet technologies. His areas of expertise include internet site development, web application design & development, systems integration, and WebSphere Commerce solutions.
