4.Platform Management

The platform management sub-system is based on the integrated Baseboard Management Controller features of the ESB2-E. The on-board platform management sub-system consists of communication buses, sensors, system BIOS, and server management firmware. The following diagram provides an overview of the Server Management Bus (SMBUS) architecture used on this server board.
