For JPEG/MPEG-1/MPEG-2/ASF/DivX, it appears when playback is stopped.

If different types of playable files (audio/still picture/ moving picture) are recorded on a disc or USB mass storage class device, select a file type to play (see page 12).

To move the highlight bar between group list and file list

Moves the bar to the file list.

To select an item in the list

Move the highlight bar to the desired item.

If you move the highlight bar while playing back an MP3/WMA/WAV file, the

selected track starts playback automatically.

To start playback

For JPEG:

The selected file (still picture) is displayed until you change it.

Slide-show playback starts. Each file (still picture) is shown on the screen for about 3 seconds, then changes one after another.

To cancel slide-show and display the current still picture, press 8.

For the other files:

Playback starts with the selected track.

• Pressing DVD/CD 6 or USB 6 also starts playback.

Once you start to play back a picture, the control screen disappears.
