TEMPORIZADOR DE TIEMPO LÍMITE (TOT)

El Temporizador de Tiempo Límite se usa para evitar que una persona utilice un canal por un período prolongado.

Si se transmite continuamente por un período que excede el tiempo programado (predeterminado = 60 segundos), el transmisor deja de transmitir y suena un tono de alerta. El pitido cesa al liberar el conmutador PTT.

Si ha sido programado por el distribuidor, un tono de prealerta sonará antes de terminarse el tiempo. Además, si ha sido programado por el distribuidor, podría necesitarse esperar un momento para poder continuar la transmisión. Si se pulsa el PTT antes de que el temporizador se reinicie, sonará un tono de alerta y el transceptor no entrará en el modo de transmisión.

ECONOMIZADOR DE BATERÍA

La función Economizador de Batería reduce la energía utilizada cuando no se está recibiendo una señal y no se está realizando ninguna operación (no se están pulsando teclas, y no se están moviendo los controles).

Cuando el canal no está ocupado y no se realizan operaciones por 10 segundos, el Economizador de Batería se activa. Cuando se recibe una señal o se realiza una operación, el Economizador de Batería se desactiva.
