VOX-BEDIENING

Uw dealer kan de VOX-bediening in- of uitschakelen.

Met de VOX-bediening kunt u uw transceiver handsfree bedienen. Deze functie kan alleen worden gebruikt met een compatibele hoofdtelefoon.

Voor het gebruik van de VOX-bediening, moet u het VOX- versterkingsniveau instellen. Deze instelling maakt het mogelijk voor de transceiver om het juiste geluidsniveau vast te stellen. Als de microfoon te gevoelig is, zal de transceiver beginnen te zenden als er achtergrondgeluid is. Als de microfoon niet gevoelig genoeg is, zal deze uw stemgeluid niet waarnemen als u begint te praten. Voor probleemloos zenden zorgt u ervoor dat het VOX- versterkingsniveau staat ingesteld op de juiste gevoeligheid.

Voer de volgende stappen uit om de VOX-bediening in te schakelen en het VOX-versterkingsniveau in te stellen.

1Sluit de hoofdtelefoon aan op de transceiver.

•De VOX-bediening kan niet worden ingeschakeld als geen hoofdtelefoon is aangesloten op de accessoire-aansluiting van de transceiver.

2Terwijl de transceiver is UIT geschakeld, houdt u de Zijde 1-toets gedurende 2 seconden ingedrukt terwijl u de transceiver AAN schakelt.

•De LED-indicator knippert rood en groen.

3Druk op de Zijde 1-toets om het VOX-versterkingsniveau te verhogen en op de Zijde 2-toets om het niveau te verlagen.

•De VOX-versterking kan worden ingesteld op een niveau van 1 t/m 10 en op Uit.

4Praat tijdens het instellen van het versterkingsniveau in de microfoon van de hoofdtelefoon zoals u bij normaal gebruik zou doen, om de gevoeligheid ervan te testen.

•Zodra de microfoon het geluid vaststelt, brandt de LED-indicator oranje. Met behulp hiervan kunt u een geschikt versterkingsniveau instellen waarop het achtergrondgeluid de VOX-bediening niet inschakelt, maar het praten in de microfoon wel.

•Tijdens deze testprocedure zendt de transceiver uw stemgeluid niet.
