6-1. Selecting the Destination

Scan to E-Mail

The scanned data is sent to the specified E-mail address. Input the address and name on the screen and send as an E-mail attached file.

Multiple destinations can be selected.

There are three ways to select a destination: inputting the destination manually, selecting the destination from previously registered destinations or searching the destination from the data registered on the LDAP server.

„Selecting the destination from the destinations already registered ( Page 130)

„Selecting from the LDAP server ( Page 132)

Up to 100 destinations can be input, including destinations input manually and destinations selected from the LDAP server.

When selecting destinations from those already registered, up to 400 can be selected.

When destinations are selected using all three methods (manually inputting the destinations, selecting them from the LDAP server or selecting them from the previously registered destinations), data can be sent to a maximum of 500 destinations at a time.

Touch the [E-Mail] key on [Scanner mode basic] screen.

[E-Mail] is displayed inverted. The [E-Mail] screen is displayed.

Touch the [File name] key.

The [Data Input] screen is displayed.
