FTP Setup (Part 2 of 2)

1 Use [] or [] to access to [FTP Setup] screen (2/2) from screen (1/2).

zFor details on the procedure for displaying the [Network setting] screen, refer to [4-2.Method for Setting Network from

Control Panel] ( Page 23).

FTP Client Port Number

This specifies a port number to use for communicating with the FTP server.

Changing the Port Code in an improper manner can result in damage to the network. Do not change the Port Code unless it is necessary to do so.

Touch the [FTP Client Port No.] key.

Using the control panel, enter a number between 1 and 65535.

zThe factory default setting is [21].

Connection Timeout

This function automatically stops the upload if communications bog down during data uploading to the FTP server and a certain period of time elapses.

[Conncetion Timeout] sets this time value.

Touch the [Connection Timeout] key.

Using the control panel, enter the number of seconds for timeout between 5 and 300.

zThe factory default setting is [60] seconds.
