z Up to 10 E-mail subjects can be registered.

z E-mail subject is commonly used with the Internet fax function.

1 Use the [ ] [ ] and [] [] keys to select the subject.

The selected subject is displayed inverted.

zThe subject is selected with [ ] [ ].

zSwitch the page with [] [ ].

Touch the [Default] on the control panel to select the subject to be displayed as the default.

“*” is displayed next to the subject selected as the default.

Touch the [EDIT] or [ERASE] key.

When you touch the [EDIT] key, the [Data Input] screen is displayed. When the [ERASE] key is touched, the selected subject is deleted.

Use the character keys to input the subject.

zUp to 63 alphanumerics and symbols may be input for the [Subject].

For details on character input, refer to [3-1. Inputting Text] ( Page 16).

Touch the [OK] key.

The display returns to the [Subject list] screen.

Touch the [BACK] key.

The [Registration/Edit Menu] screen is displayed.
