ROTARY
This models a stereo rotary speaker. When you choose the Slow or Fast speed, it
will take a certain amount of time for the specified speed to be reached – just like
on an actual rotary speaker. This is because it takes several seconds for the motor
that creates the rotation to accelerate or decelerate.
NOTE: When this effect is selected, you can control the rotary slow/fast switch with
a footswitch connected to the PEDAL 1 jack. See the User Guide for details.
Parameters Values Notes
Rotor/Horn 0…100 Adjusts the balance between the low-frequency rotor
and the high-frequency horn.
Horn Acceleration 0…100 Sets the transition time between the fast and slow
speed in the high range.
Rotor Acceleration 0…100 Sets the transition time between the fast and slow
speed in the low range.
Horn Speed Brake, 50…200 Adjusts the speed of the horn’s rotation. With Brake
selected, the horn is stopped.
Rotor Speed Brake, 50…200 Adjusts the speed of the rotor’s rotation. Brake
selected, the rotor is stopped.
Slow/Fast Slow, Fast Switches between the slow and fast rotational speed.
