TheRescueandRecoveryworkspaceresidesinaprotected,hiddenareaofyourharddiskdrivethat
operatesindependentlyfromtheWindowsoperatingsystem.Thisenablesyoutoperformrecovery
operationsevenifyoucannotstarttheWindowsoper atingsystem.Youcanperformthefollowingrecovery
operationsfromtheRescueandRecoveryworkspace:
•RescuelesfromyourharddiskdriveorfromabackupTheRescueandRecoveryworkspace
enablesyoutolocatelesonyourharddiskdriveandtransferthemtoanetworkdriveorotherrecordable
