				Advances the paper to the top of the next page.

				Advances the paper by n/216 inches on 248x
				printer; n/180 inches on 249x printer.

ESC j	27 106 n	1B	6A n	Reverse Relative Move Base Line
				Feeds the paper by n/216 inches in the reverse
				direction on 248x printer; n/180 inches in the
				reverse direction on 249x printer.

ESC b	27 98 m	1B	62 m	Set Vertical Tabs in Channel
	n1...n8 0	n1...n8 00		Sets vertical tab stops in specified channel by m.
				m must be a one-byte decimal value from 0 to 7.
