24x paper jam

To clear a 24x paper jam (paper trays 1, 2, or 3):

1 Pull the paper tray completely out of the printer and set it on a flat surface.

2 Remove any wrinkled or damaged paper from the tray.

3 Carefully remove any paper from the tray open- ing.
