Changing Your Settings

Using your phone as a mass storage device (Mass Storage)

Your phone can only be used as a mass storage device if you have a memory card inserted.

1From Idle mode, press the Menu soft key to access the main Menu.

2Press for Settings.

3Press for Connection.

4Highlight USB Connection Mode and press .

5Highlight Mass Storage and press .

6Connect your phone to your PC. Your phone will be connected as Mass Storage Mode.

Do not disconnect during transfer.

Note: You cannot set to Mass Storage mode if your phone is connected to your PC (via USB).

Note: Mass storage mode allows you to save data to your memory card. Data does not get saved to your phone.

Always Ask

This option allows you to choose the proper USB Connection Mode when you try to connect your phone to a PC.
