Advanced features

This chapter describes the more advanced features of the 586 DVD Player. These features are not essential if you simply want to enjoy DVD video discs or audio CDs, but they allow you to take full advantage of the range of options available with the DVD format.

Note that many of the advanced features depend on the content of the particular DVD disc you are playing.

The advanced features described in this chapter are only available using the DVD remote.
