Using Your Phone’s Menus

Configuring CSD

1When you select CSD, you are presented with these options:

User Name, Password, Phone number, Line Type, Transfer Rate.

2Scroll to User Name and press + (Select). You will be prompted to enter the User Name.

3Press and hold - (Delete) to clear the field, and enter the User Name provided by your ISP.

Press the Menu key M to toggle between the available

text entry methods. (See “Choosing a Text Entry Mode” on page 57 for more information.)

After entering the User Name, press + (OK). You will return to the previous screen.

4Scroll to Password and press + (Select). You will be prompted to enter the Password.

5Press and hold - (Delete) to clear the field, and enter the Password, which may be provided by your ISP.

After entering the Password, press + (OK) to return to the previous screen.

6Scroll to Phone Number and press + (Select). You will be prompted to enter the Phone number.

7Press and hold - (Delete) to clear the field, and enter the Phone number, provided by your ISP.

After entering the Phone Number, press + (OK) to return to the previous screen.
