What to Do If...

You can’t	Check the signal strength indicator in the
receive calls.	display. If the signal is weak, move to an
	open space or, if you are in a building,
	move closer to a window.
	Check the Call Forward and Call Barring
	settings.
	Check the In-call alerting settings. If the
	ringer is off, there is no audible alert. See
	“In-Call Alerting” on page 118.

Your phone	If you see the following in the display:
