Using Your Phone’s Menus

Note: This option is only available for phonebook entries stored on your phone. Phonebook entries stored on your SIM card do not have this functionality.

Adding a New Entry to a Caller Group

1Select the Caller Groups option.

2Scroll through the Caller Groups to the desired one.

3Press + (Select) to select the desired Caller Group.

4Scroll to [New Entry], which is the last entry in the group, and press + (Select).

5When the Entry Details are displayed, enter your desired

changes. (For more information on Entry Details, see “New” on page 67.)

Adding an Existing Phonebook Entry to a Caller Group

You can copy an existing phonebook entry to a caller group.

If the phonebook entry is stored on the SIM card, you must first copy it from the SIM card to phone memory. This is because phonebook entries stored on the SIM card do not include the Entry Details Voice Group and TurboDial. Only Name, No., and Memory can be entered. (See “Copy Entry” on page 72 to copy the entry from the SIM card to phone memory.)

1With the desired phonebook entry in phone memory, scroll to that entry in the phonebook.

2Press the Menu key M.
