6Right-click on your network connection. If more than one connection is displayed, be sure to select the one for your network interface.

7Select Properties from the pop-up menu. The Local Area Connection Properties window is displayed:

8On the Local Area Connection Properties window, be sure Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is checked. If it is not checked, check it.
