NDCI Disconnection Report 28-4

Description:	Reports disconnecting the ISDN line. This is a report to show that
	communication is disconnected. Section 9 describes the disconnection
	reason.
Command Format:	NDCI p1 p2 p3 p4 p5 p6 p7 p8

p1: hh:mm:ss	:	communication time (hour: minute: seconds)
p2: xxxxx	:	communication fee (0-99, 999)
p3: #000-#999 :		Reason for CH1 disconnection
p4: #000-#999 :		Reason for CH2 disconnection
p5: #000-#999 :		Reason for CH3 disconnection
p6: #000-#999 :		Reason for CH4 disconnection
p7: #000-#999 :		Reason for CH5 disconnection
p8: #000-#999	:	Reason for CH6 disconnection

Note: If VL128, p5 ~ p8 do not apply.
