Command Format:	MDRD p1
		p1:	#xxx: speed dial number (xxx: speed number)
Response:	Normal Response: p1 p2 p3 p4 p5

	p1:	#xxx :		speed dial number (xxx: speed number 1-130)
	p2:	0-9	:	dial Number (within 20 digits)
			:	sub address (within 8 digits)
		*	:	address/subaddress
		**	:	Ch1/Ch2 separating code
	p3:	B	:	64 kbps
		2B	:	2x64 kbps
		3B	:	192 kbps
		4B	:	256 kbps
		5B	:	320 kbps
		6B	:	384 kbps
		TEL :		Telephone
	p4:	64	:	Px64 Network
		56	:	Px56 Network
	p5:	xxx	:	Remote Site Name (Shift JIS 8-character)
