At white-balance settings other than Auto (normal), Auto (warm lighting) or Flash, lower the flash.

Some features cannot be used in combination with other menu settings. See “Features Not Available in Combination” (A74) for more information.

C Fine Adjustment of White Balance

 

 

Select a white balance type from the menu and press the k

Auto (normal)

 

button to perform fine adjustment of white balance.

 

 

 

Press the multi selector H, I, Jor Kto change the white balance

 

 

value.

 

 

The four directions are A (amber), B (blue), G (green) and M

 

 

(magenta), and fine adjustment can be performed in six levels in all

 

 

directions.

Press the kbutton to set the white balance.

When the lbutton is pressed, the fine adjustment value is reset to the center (coordinate 0, 0).

Press the dbutton to return to the previous screen.

The color displayed in the fine-tune screen for white balance represents the approximate color in the color temperature (E34) direction. When a color is set in the fine-tune screen, it may not be reproduced exactly in the image. For example, when the white balance is set to Incandescent, the image will not have a strong blue color even if fine adjustment is performed in the B (blue) direction.
