ADDING AN EXTERNAL RS-232 CONTROL SYSTEM TO THE ZR-6 MULTIZONE RECEIVER

OVERVIEW

The ZR-6 MultiZone Receiver can be integrated with an external control system that uses RS-232 serial communication.

RS-232 PORT

A 3.5 mm stereo mini-jack is used to provide RS-232 serial communication so the ZR-6 MultiZone Receiver can be monitored and controlled by an external control system. Please refer to the Appendix for the RS-232 integration control protocols.
