Note: If no match occurs to the search query, start a new search or change the information in the initial search.

Making a call using the Corporate Directory

Use the following procedure to make a call using the Corporate Directory.

Note: This feature is not available on all IP Phones. Contact your system administrator to find out if this feature is available for your use.

	1.	Press the Up or Down keys to scroll and
		select a name in the Corporate
		Directory.
	2.	Press the Dial soft key to dial the
Dial	Cancel	resulting number.
Dial	Cancel
	or	or
		Press the Cancel soft key to exit without
		dialing.

Using the Personal Directory

You can use the Personal Directory feature to store a maximum of 100 entries that consist of names and telephone numbers. To use the
