Use the Feature menu
You can add or edit feature key associations on your IP Phone 2004.
Note: Features are assigned by your system administrator. Changing your feature key association does not create new functionality, but instead changes the labels on a key. For example, you may prefer to change the “Forward” label to
1.Scroll through the Main menu using the navigation keys so that Feature appears (the fourth item in the list).
