Define your regional time zone
1.Scroll through the Time menu using the navigation keys so that Hours From GMT appears (the first item in the list).

2.Press Ok to access the Hours from GMT menu or press Cancel to return to the Main menu.

3.The “✓” in front of the time zone indicates your current selection. Scroll through the list to display your time zone and press Ok to save your selection or press Cancel to return to the Time menu.
