1Source/listening mode indicators (41)

These indicators show the currently selected lis- tening mode and digital audio format.

2FM STEREO indicator (36)

This indicator lights up when the radio is tuned to a stereo FM station.

3AUTO indicator (36)

This indicator lights up when the Auto Tuning mode is selected. Stereo FM stations can be enjoyed in this mode.

4 Tuned indicator (36)

This indicates the radio reception status.

5MUTING indicator (34)

This indicator flashes when the TX-L55 is muted.

6SLEEP indicator (35)

This indicator lights up when the Sleep function has been set.

7MEMORY indicator (37)

This indicator flashes when presetting radio sta- tions.

8Message area

This area of the display shows various information about the currently selected source.
