Taking Pictures using Auto Bracket

1Set the drive mode dial to [ ].

2Focus on the subject and take a picture.

•If you press and hold the shutter button, the number of

pictures that you set is taken.

•The Auto Bracket in dication blinks until t he number of

pictures that you set is taken.

Changing the settings for [Single/Burst Settings], [Step] and [Sequence] in Auto Bracket

1Select the menu. (P28 )

2Press 3/4 to select [Single/Burst Settings], [Step] or [Sequence] and then

press [MENU/SET ].

3Press 3/4 to select the setting and then press [MENU/SET].

•Exit the menu after it is set.

Taking Pictures with the Self-timer

1Set the drive mode dial to [ ].

2Press the shutter button halfway to focus and

then press it fully to take the picture.

•Focus and exposure will be set wh en the shutter button

is pressed halfway.

•After the self-timer indicator flashes, recording starts.

1Select the menu. (P28 )

2Press 3/4 to select the mode and then press [MENU/SET].

•Exit the menu after it is set.

Applicable modes:

>[Rec] > [Auto Bracket]

Applicable modes:

>[Rec] > [Self Timer]

Picture is taken 10 seconds after shutter is pressed.

After 10 seconds the camera take s 3 pictures at about 2 seconds interv als.

Picture is taken 2 seconds after shutter is pressed.

•When using a tripod, etc., this setting is a convenient way to avoid the jitter

caused by pressing the shutter button.
