Even when the camera is operated using the touch screen, it is
possible to operate with the cursor button and [MENU/SET]
button if a guide like the one shown on the right is displayed.
Even on menu screens etc. on which the guide is not displayed,
you can make s ettings and selectio ns by operating th e buttons.
•By assigning [Curso r Button Lock] to a f unction button, you c an disable the curso r buttons, the
[MENU/SET] button, and the control dial. (P85)
Press [DISP.] to switch the infor mation displayed on the
screen.
•Screen will switch as follows:

Settings can be adjusted direc tly by touching each of the items display ed on the screen.
•If you set [Guide Line] in the [Cus tom] menu, the guide lines are disp layed. (P103)
•If no operation is per formed, part of the inform ation on the screen will gradually become darker
after approximately 10 seconds has passed, and will no longer be displayed after
approximately 1 minute has passed. Pressing the [DISP.] button or touching the monitor will
make the display reappea r. This operation is to prevent screen burn-in and is not a malfunction.
