Editing a stored name and number

You can edit a name or number stored in ONE-TOUCH DIAL and JOG DIAL.

Rotate JOG DIAL until the desired name is displayed.

Example:	Mary	<S01>

means the station number for ONE-TOUCH DIAL

Press DIRECTORY PROGRAM .

EDIT= DELETE=#

Press to select “EDIT”.

NAME=Mary

●If you do not need to edit the name, skip to step 5.

Edit the name (see page 19 for instructions).

Press SET .

Example: <S01>=0123456

6 Edit the telephone number. For further details, see page 23.

7 Press SET .

Erasing a stored station and item

You can erase ONE-TOUCH DIAL station and JOG DIAL item.

1	Rotate	JOG DIAL until the desired name

		Example:	Mary			<S01>

	Press	DIRECTORY PROGRAM .
			EDIT=		DELETE=#
3			EDIT=		DELETE=#

	Press	to select “DELETE”.
			DELETE OK?
			DELETE OK?




			YES:SET/NO:STOP

●To cancel erasing, press STOP .

DELETED

●The stored name and number are deleted.
